Female: 2.7–3.1 kg (6–7 lb)
Classification: Heavy.
Useful to Know: The female will get some patches of white on her feathers in her second and subsequent years.
Males have upturned feathers on their tails these feathers are called “sex feathers”
As Cayuga ducks only come in the one colour with various shades of iridescent blues,greens,and sometimes purple through there feathers you may find these links more useful for learning more about the breed.
